Recent & Current Work

We had the privilege of completing three new, ground up, design build oil change facilities for Bolton Oil Company in Lubbock, TX.  Each building consisting of a new style / brand and on unique sites throughout Lubbock. 

It was an honor to design and build the first new Capra Bank facility in Lubbock, TX.  We also had the opportunity to design the future branch that will be in Albuquerque, NM.  We enjoyed working with the Capra team to space plan the facility for current and future needs.  We held true to their unique brand and style while delivering functional and interesting spaces. 

We are nearing completion of the new Yates Flooring Center on south Quaker in Lubbock, TX.  This is a 75,000 SF building consisting of a state-of-the-art showroom, office space, and warehouse.  It's been an amazing experience working with the talented Yates team to deliver something new and special for their 50-year-old business.
